Bronte Stone originally comes from India.  Like PA Bluestone it is a hard sandstone that keeps its integrity, unlike many slates.  Looking at the stone you would say it is the brown and tan version of PA Bluestone.  Its predominantly brown and tans with some pieces having some vibrant rusts and reds throughout it.  The surface of this stone is Natural Cleft, which means each rectangular piece has been cut on its 4 sides leaving natural ridges on the top and bottom.  Step Treads and Slab Steps are also available in this stone to compliment other features of your patio project.
