Colonial Steps/Risers
Colonial Wallstone is another very common type of stone used in the landscape, also coming from the Pocono and Northeast region of Pennsylvania. Its colors range from blue, grey, and green with veins of rust running through some pieces. .

Fieldstone Steps/Risers
Fieldstone is one of the most common types of stone used in the area. Coming from the Pocono and Northeast region of Pennslyvannia, its widely available in a variety of sizes and shapes. Its natural hues of brown, grey and some maroons is complimented by lichen and moss that commonly comes on the pieces of stone.

Barn Stone Steps
Barn Stone Steps are predominantly tan in color with creams and pinks running through them. This sandstone material makes for a very durable material, and matches well with any type of tan, beige, or white stone. It is guillotine cut so sizes are not exact, but is intended to be natural in texture. Steps are approx. 6”H x 12-14”D x 4’, 5’ or 6’ Long. Work great for creating a set of steps for rises in your patio or in the yard.

Split Bluestone Step – Full Color
PA Bluestone, otherwise known commonly as flagstone or slate, comes from the Pocono and Northeast region of PA and has been very popular with homeowners and landscape contractors alike. Full Color, as its known, has a wide range of blues, greys, and greens with rust streaks and hues through many of the pieces. Split Steps are slabs of stone roughtly cut by a large stone guillotine. The Split Steps are approx. 6”H x 14”D x 4’ Long. Work great for creating a set of steps for rises in your patio or in the yard.

Rustic Tumbled Garden Path
Stone pieces are put through the tumbling process rounding out sharp edges and smoothing the surfaces making this a very easy product to work with. Its smooth texture is comfortable to work with and creates a very New England or country feel to any patio or walkway constructed with it. Place the stones 8-12” apart and grow grass between them for a cottage look! Color is a very nice grey/blue with greens mixed in as well. Very easy to work with!

Colorado Rose Flagstone
Another popular flagstone from the Desert Southwest, this flagstone sports a color not found anywhere on the East Coast. Its red hues stand out from the landscape and brilliantly create a unique walkway, patio, or stepping stone. Color through each pallet is generally uniform with slight shades varying through the stones occasionally. . Flagstone usually comes in large slabs approx. 2-3’ x 2-3’, but are easily broken apart with a sledge hammer.

Southwest Buck Flagstone
This beautiful flagstone comes from the Desert Southwest region of the US. Its durable sandstone makeup works well in the northeast region with seasonal extremes of hot and cold between summer and winter. Predominantly a tan and buff stone, the coloration is realtively uniform throughout the stone. Flagstone usually comes in large slabs approx. 2-3’ x 2-3’, but are easily broken apart with a sledge hammer.

Mountain Mist Flagstone
This uncommon stone from the Appalachians is blue-grey in color with brown mixed in. Streaks of white and rust are not unusual, but only some pieces have these features. Its thin but dense nature makes it superb for a patio stone. The dark colors add quite a contrast to its surroundings, but can be expensive as it is difficult to come by. A true find!

Mohave Flagstone
Mohave has been long used by homeowners and contractors alike for many years. Its grey and rust colored overtones have a rustic finish that cannot be matched in the landscape. If you want pop, this is the stone you should use! Very easy to handle and is durable enough to be used as a patio stone. Flagstone usually comes in large slabs, approx.. 1-2’ x 1-2’, but are easily broken apart with a sledge hammer. One of our most popular NC. Stones.

Tennessee Sandstone
Tennessee sandstone has a warm golden coloration with bold brown veining appearing throughout in the stone. The bold movement adds a distinctive flair and is ideal for many design projects. It is an excellent choice!
